The sandwich looks delicious but I think the second photo is just sooo stunning, I want to try everything in it!
I can say, since I've been eating what's in that pic all week, that it is all fantastic. I'm obsessed with the condiments! Pickled mustard seeds + onions are great on many things. I've added sausage to several dishes. We of course eat bacon in everything, every day, ha, that was gone in a flash. There was a jar of pickled carrots that I ate in one fell swoop - such yum. It's a cool-as-hell idea. Thanks for the nice note on the pic - I so appreciate it!
